Refund policy

Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return To start a return, you must contact us at support@mycooolsummer.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@mycooolsummer.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right immediately via a free replacement or a full refund.

"Item Not Received" Guarantee We stand firmly behind our shipping times. If your tracking information has not updated, or if your order has not arrived within 45 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full, unquestioned refund.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
